Our Mission and Purpose

The UPCCA is a nonprofit professional collaboration of those who own and operate licensed child care centers throughout the state of Utah. Our goal is to further the professional interests and provide for the needs of these busy and dedicated professionals. We have the joy and responsibility of caring for children as well as running a business.



We acknowledge that families are of primary importance in the child’s development and constantly strive for exceptional cooperation between the home and our program professionals



We provide an environment that is developmentally appropriate & educationally enriching, provide all children with experiences that will enhance their physical, cognitive, social and emotional development.



We diligently support professional development through a commitment to continuous and timely education, training, and technical assistance to enhance the growth of our early childhood professionals



We commit to the utmost professionalism among ourselves and maintain confidentiality in all aspects of operations, including a practice of respect for private correspondence and conversations

Classes and Conferences

We provide classes and conferences including NAC training. This program was created for budding leaders, center directors, and of course, Child Care professionals. Which gives you mastery in the understanding of Child care administrative skills. Click here to sign up for our next course!
